Initial Visit
Your initial visit will consist of a detailed history, physical examination, movement examination, and treatment. Throughout the appointment, the real reason why you hurt is found and a diagnosis is reached. Baselines will be found to retest through the treatment plan. X-ray’s are only taken on a as needed basis.
Treatment
Adjustments, soft tissue, corrective exercise, and home exercise will be utilized on a case-by-case basis per the exam findings. Treatment can look different from visit to visit depending on your needs and how your body responds to care.
Reassessment
Baselines will be constantly checked and reevaluated using the test retest method to evaluate progress of recovery and the effectiveness of treatment. This is widely overlooked in many health care offices, and part of what sets Modern Movement Chiropractic & Rehab apart.
